+ 6 A few tips for us "rookies"

ad

Now before people go bashing me for only being here about a year I just want to start out by saying I will always consider myself a beginner and have that mentality. There's always room for improvement. With that being said I've taken in a lot since I first started researching on here and have come a far way since my first cycle three years ago ( only have done 2 to date with my next one in the near future) before I even knew about eroids and I wish I had known of it back then instead of getting some "bro science" from a friend at the gym. We all know how that goes.

For anyone just starting out first and foremost make sure before you even think about using gear your body is fully developed( hpta doesn't fully develop until your at least 25) .

Second do your research , most people on here won't spoon feed you but they will help and give you there two cents even if it isn't what you want to hear. When your first starting out keep it simple. One compound to start out (test e or test c ) so you can know how your body will react to each compound. Your not going to become a monster over night. It takes years of dedication and time, regardless of how much gear you pump into your body.

When your first starting out make sure you set a goal for yourself and have your diet in check. If you not eating enough or over eating your cycle will probably end up being a waste. There are plenty of forums on here that discuss nutrition for all goals. Some of the best advice I read from a mod on here( Viking I believe) was that he recommends your first few cycles being a "bulk" to lay yourself down a solid foundation of meat so that when you do decide to cut your gains are more noticeable.

Once you have selected your first cycle and your diet is in check along with workout routine, make sure you have all you gear on hand including extra for spillage( including anti estrogen, clomid, nolvadex, hcg) A pct plan should also be established and in hand before you start a cycle for proper recovery. Also be sure to get blood work done. You can also find on here in the forums links to get them done for a reasonable cost. ( cannot put a price on your overall health.)

I would like to just add that for most people clen, t3 or any other fat loss drug most people shouldn't be using IMO . The long term negative effect of a substance like clen aren't worth it to the guys like myself who never intend on competing. With the right nutritional plan and cardio you can reach your fat loss goals with the HARD WORK.

Other than all of this RESEARCH!!! I cannot express that enough. You only have one body, take care of it. I'm sure there are some things I missed along the way ( because I'm typing this on the crapper at work lol) so please feel free to add any and all advice that would help new members or us rookies. Hope this steers some guys in the right path.
