In need for advice ,befor staring 1st cycle
Hi all .
I will star my first ever cycle on 1st jan and I need advice , opinion and suggestions.
3 years + in the gym , 4 attempts of bulking and 4 attempts of cuting .I never manage to get below 15 % and that is trying , kateogenic, calories count dropping slow as little as 150 cal a day , and cardio low and intense. No meter how hard and how slow I try I end up in a metabolic shut down ie: lost hair, sex drive, moody/agitated...
I have now stagnate for the last 3 month on the 3 major ( push , dead , squat )
Pls note I don't want to get to big ,more slime to see some muscle definitions,but I do want to get stronger . This will be the only cycle and I will not use any orals .
I have done all my blood test to and good to goo.
This is what I have in minde:
Test E 500 /week 12 weeks
Armidex
Hcg
Pct:
Clomid
Nolvar
. The dosage will be as describe in most common forums.
Questions.
A) can I start cycle on 15 % bf (pls see pic)
B) should I try clen or alb before bulk or after?
C) should I turn the bulk after 10 weeks in a cut for the last 2 weeks in hope to loose some bf?
D) any other sugestions

You need to pure BULK for about 2yrs straight............... get this bulk/cut bullshit out your head.
You cant cut fuck -all............ you need to lay down solid mass before you bring the chisels out.
You (looking from your pic)... need to learn how to train HEAVY.... when i say heavy i mean so it feels like your asshole is ready to rip itself inside out....... then rinse and repeat until your central nervous system makes you shake,go dizzy and puke......... NO DRUG in the fkn world replaces hard graft....... THIS is your wake - up call..... now fuck-off and rip that fkn gym to pieces.
METABOLIC SHUTDOWN that you mention is from NOT eating enough food.

Shit I dont feel like I pushed hard enough in the gym unless I feel like im gonna puke all over the place.
To the OP get your diet right and your workouts needto be intense. Lift heavy and push through all workouts with massive intensity. When I first started I did the true 5x5 workouts, I would feel shaky and would almost throw up everytime. Alot of guys say they do 5x5 but they really arent. Those are heavy intense workouts that brought mass to me real quick those and around 5000 cals a day.
Listen to the guys down below they will hook you up in the diet department (they know their shit). Good luck bro.
Looking at your most recent pic I see no base built to start running gear personally. I think you need to look more closely at your nutrition and training regime first.
I'm happy to help with the above at any time, but IMO gear is not the answer here and hence I won't be offering cycle advice.

You need to get diet and a good reading of your BF, your not ready for gear till you have grip of both. Looking at your pic BF looks pretty high, I know it's boring and not what you want to hear but I don't think your putting in the work, 3 years of natty gym should of yielded better results.
It's time to get real about your diet and training and scrap whatever you've been doing and start a fresh. Theres lots of people who can help with that including myself as I don't want you thinking I'm just posting to have a bash at you.
Forget about gear for now and ask yourself what a realistic goal you can aim for over the next six months. I'd forget about cuts and bulk, think about building a solid base foundation to progress from as your training experience grows.

Edit please take time to research a lot more u really have no knowledge or understanding of steroids or cycling. U can't bulk for ten weeks then make it a cutter the last two. U are absolutely not ready take at least the next year and change up your diet and workouts before even considering this and keep researching

Listen to this man. And there's no reason you csnt get below 15% if you diets right and there's no way you can't break through this strength plateau unless your numbers are extremely high already.
