noob941thanks brother and chipping away is a good way to put, because it seems like the closer i get to my goals, i realize how outa shape i was, how high my body fat percentage actually was, and just how much work and dedication to get back on track after 5 years of neglecting the body! ....My hats off to all the guys and gals here who have stayed the course and got the body to prove it. MY goal is real abs at 215#'s by next summer, with alot of focus and attention on my legs between now and then ....thanks for everything....STAY STRONG....THE WORLD EATS THE WEAK!!!!!!!!!!!!
