It is with great pleasure that Power-Pharma aka "Powertrip" is announcing our return from the extended hiatus. A "Soft-Open" of March 15th will kick off our return to operations, and just in time for Spring and Summer rush. After 4 YEARS we are ecstatic to be able to once again approach the opportunity to bring closure to new and prior orders from our very understanding and loyal customers. You can expect our best services yet, meaning high quality pharmacy grade product and the consistent human interaction to keep you connected with our progress leading up to the "Grand Re-Opening" on April 20th. To all those who have past due orders, it is imperative to contact us via email immediately. As a small token of reconcilliation, a $100 voucher to those who have long waited our return will be granted. It goes with saying that we are always dissappointed yet optimistic when forced into an extended hiatus, and for this we can only offer our sincerest apologies for the wait, and our word that we will never quit or attempt to escape the unresolved orders despite how difficult it may be for us to remedy the situation. We hope that you all understand it is very costly and time consuming to come back in this manner with intentions of addressing all outstanding matters, and we know that this displays our committment to the integrity of what we do here.
Once again the projected official re-opening will be on 4/20, and the time leading up to this date will be used to sort out all past, present, and future orders. It is understood that products ordered in the past may not be what some of you will be looking for now, especially with the summer months rapidly approaching us, so we plan to be as flexible in that regard as possible.
Lastly, with the new products available will be produced with GSO in an effort to distinguish the new and improved product line. All oils in the last year were manufactured with Safflowerseed, so not only will there be a new product appearance, the products of the recent past are being removed from inventory, to further insure product quality and consistency. Our email server has been re-subscribed to, so for all order inquires use this as the primary means of communication. I look forward to serving the community of whom a long-standing relationship has been developed.

Unfortunately you are one of the few people that I see repeat after repeat after repeat emails about minimum orders. I don't have time to deal with that shit. I try and keep people updated on this site at least about when new ETAs may come, but during this first week of re-opening, AND dealing with reships where a majority of my customers I am replacing their gear at no cost with a new order, there isn't much more "personal" attention I can give. I can't devote so much time to individual customers, unless they give me a reason to. And I'm sorry to say it but you are not on that list. Within the 1st week alone we literally maxed out our postal services capacity in relation to security to try and satisfy everyone.

I may not be on "the list" and making numerous orders all the time and thats fine I can respect the fact that you want to take care of the big spenders first. I am sorry I was just looking for an answer to whats going on. Could have easily been taken care of with a quick dude its been shipped i dont know when exactly itll land but promise its on its way. I know tht u are busy and thats totally understandable an Im sorry if my few extra nagging emails were a PITA wasnt meant to be regardless as before I will continue to use PT as I hve always like his gear and like the guy behind it.

as far as the communication, i have emails and a pm that haven't been responded to yet as well. he must just be swamped trying to catch up right now with previous orders and the new promo. i'm sure he'll contact us soon and sort it out bro
he said most packs will be dropping monday. im still waiting on a replacement pack bro. he had to do all those then all the promo packs which is why i think he said hes taking a break next week to get all those out and to us. well see when packs start dropping
Well as said I have been a loooooooong time customer and friend and hes always came through and up until lately always personally answered my emails. I know hes busy and swamped and dealing with all the crap this is all totally understandable to me as i hve even said to him. But there is ZERO need to lie and bullshit me if it hasnt been sent dont tell me it has so I dont tell guys when their gear will be here and look like an ass or like im BSing them. I just want to be able to relay correct info and then I wouldnt b having such a hard time on my end.
I'll be emailing throughout the day all day today including the next 2 days so you all have plenty of time to take full advantage of the promo. Big day today, a high % of people will be receiving packs on 6/30 so I am eager to hear the feedback and community discussions on that in regards to how things were handled among a variety of other factors, Either way, been off helping another dept. to make sure all goes "well" today. Suggestions carrier oil old school GSO 10% EO or safflower oil 10% EO be stoked if your products were ALL containing that! Pip free is the way to be!
I know buisness newbs see clean clear oils like safflower and ooo and ahh but GSO with a 22 whatman filter is great may be thicker but reduces pip in certain substances, but safflower is clean clear what people wanna see plus a thinner.
I'm rambling on ha power make me some custom batches of old school Gso gear!

I do, stuff was great! Orginal powers gear was strong! I havnt seen any pics posted of packs landing of his new stuff maybe Im blind. But I'm sure ill be seeing the new gear sooner or later.

Guaicol is the smell its whats in TNE
Not sure of EO has a distinct smell? It may I just don't know.
Some add guaicol to multiple products which I see no need for it at all.
It is used medicinally as an expectorant, antiseptic, and local anesthetic
