Man your abs look great. How do you Get them to grow like that. My abs and kegs are what I was gonna start focusing on next any advice would be greatly appreciated. My upper abs have started to pop out but they don't seem to grow+1
Mr KfizzleThanks man, if the top ones are coming thru which I see they've in your pics then it won't be long. I didn't force my abs to grow at all... mostly just my basic workouts and then I did a couple carb cycles that made them show themselves finally... was doing 50g carbs for a few days then 200g for a day. It worked for me anyway. Did that for a couple weeks is all twice and then just watch my carbs now. When I threw in cardio(couple months ago first time ever) they really started coming out even more but I got a ways to go man... never satisfied, right! They are under there man they will come out. I worried about rest of my body before I worried about abs. We started out way different tho lol I went from 155 to where I am now

Lol, that thing tells me I'm 28%bf at 6'2" 260lbs. It couldn't be further from the truth. If your trying to get your bf% then Them things are junk brother! You look around 10-11%bf by the amount of abdominal definition I see. +2
Mr KfizzleSee I have calipers that tell me I'm about 11% and I've used one of them scales and it said 20 some % but these ones are supposed to be more accurate than just going by weight and height. Anyway it's already on it's way lol so we shall see.

Ya man without a doubt if we were on the yard you be one of the nicest to hit the weight pile! One of my homies kc when I was down won an inmate bodybuilding show an they transfered him for 2 days to another facility for the show. An Then he brought back the first place medal back to our facilty. He was 240 an 5'7 SHREDDED!
