Haven't done any barbell flat bench in like 6 months, been doing all dumbells, so figured I'd give it a go. Got 275 x 3 plus a little help on the 4th. Most I've ever gotten before this was 265 x 1 but that was almost a year ago. Gonna try for a little more next week because I felt like shit and had to make myself go to the gym.
Nice man. And I just went through a period where I was always tired, unmotivated to lift and shit. Took a week and came back feeling great. It's good to do that every once in a while. Gives your body and Cns time to recover and you come back mentally refreshed and ready to go again.

Hehe so u seen my labooaarrratory huh? Anytime man! I have 315 in olympic plates as of now.....but 6 months ago I had like 6 hundred something in olympic plates an some one straight stold more than half my plates off my sisters porch cuz I had all my epuipment stored there when me and my wife were on the verge of a divorce. But me and wifey and family have been all good now!

Bro I've been married for almost 20 years and we went through some shit here recently. We started working out together after the dust settled and I can tell you it has brought us closer together. If you don't lift together now, make it a point to make it happen. It's a great way to focus on positive accomplishments together.
