Got out of hospital yesterday. Another setback. had partial knee and was in pain found bone cracked and wrapped cable around it and installed full knee. Doctors act like growth hormone would do some good but then say well they don't do that. ugghhhh. In a fog right now...

Thank you for all the wonderful comments. I am doing my PT and trying to only take what pain killers I need, At this point pretty much all the time. I can use crutches or a walker the PT people want me on a walker for stability. I have one of those machines that keep ice water on it all the time. It helps the swelling but makes that leg stiff. Thanks again everyone

These kind of stories always remind me of how good I have it.I was whining about my elbow hurting and seeing that picture just puts things in perspective. Man hopefully this setback turns out to be a set up for a step up.Even if that seems far fetched right now,just like everything else in life once we get thru it we can usually understand why it is that the lord let us go thru it the first place.Somehow it all works out for God's good,...yeah I know it doesn't look that way right now.You just get healed up and try to focus on something positive during this down time.
