I have been using isopure low/zero csrb for a while now it mixes good and tastes great. But at $99 for 7lbs I need to find something a little more cost effective any ideas????

Dinosaur Nutrition Labs hands down. Best ive tasted and no bullshit. just quality whey protein. plus they always run sales which makes it nice.

Myprotein: impact whey protein (Undenatured Whey Protein Concentrate) the best for me. I use the unflavoured and its onyl 47GBP (cca. 75USD) for 5kg (11 lbs)!!!
Its got lot of tastes but that cost more. If you want to buy flavoured protein its cost 57 GBP (cca. 91 USD). 82,3 gramms protein from 100g!

Also stay away from any protein supplement with high sugar content, anything below 5 grams is satisfactory.
Tried out dymatize whey isolate Neapolitan 4.5kg box and gotta say the chocolate is pretty damn tasty but the vanilla and strawberry as always with any protein in my opinion lag way behind.

walmart sells body fortress 30g per scoop for 18.00 for 2.5 pounds. I just bought metrx isolean meal replacement 45grams whey and casein for 20.00 10 pounds. getting 20 pounds tomorrow. only thing i hate about it is it gets thick as mud under 30oz water.
Whichever you choose, the best ones have digestive enzymes included or your body will not absorb all the liquid protein, apparantly its 15grams per hour maxed at 4 hours unless enzymes are included or you have yogurt with it. Something i read that pissed me off.

Syntha is not bad but it is a protein blend.. I use one scoop of Nitro Tech for content and one scoop of syntha for flavor and consistency.

I wouldn't worry too much about price...protein is all about finding the one fore you...and $100 for 7.5lbs seems high but iso100 is 27 for 1.6lbs...just worry about the quality and what works for you I personally love iso100 but a lot of people say hydro is garbage...on the other side I personally can't stand most ON products while almost all my bros love them
