+ 5 Back muscles -May 2013 & May 2014
ad
Last year this time I weighed 170lbs. (Left pic)
This year I'm fluctuating between 178-180lbs(right pic)
My goal was to develop the middle portion of my back and along with the lower.
So far I'm very happy with the progress. I think I've hit the target areas but still want those a little more defined.
Going through a cut right now. Using Test prop, Var and Winny
thought I'd share my progress.

Much more definition. Especially in the lower back. Good job
Thanks bro! Developing muscles in my lower back has always been an issue for me. Finally saw some results, not just from the gear but I changed up my exercises as well to target the lower back.
I'm still working on it tho, still not were I want to be.
Dam, so much love from my bro's!
I truly appreciate it, especially that you guys are from the outside looking in.
I'll be posting a before and after of my chest, abs and arms. All areas that I've been working on. Stay tunes ;)
Very good brother , keep hammer it , diference in rhomboids is massive , good job stay lean too :-)
+1 cause i cant give more
Thanks for the +1
I agree - massive difference.
Looking great brother! Definitely significant forward progression! A more muscled, solid and dense back! Prominent striations entwined with pleasing vascularity! Beautifully accomplished! +1 for taking it to the next level!
Lol....wow that was well put, almost like poetry!
Thanks!
Nice job man I need to work on the middle and lower parts of my back also. What did you do for it? +1
Thanks bro! Check my response below
TTMassive difference
Thanks bro!
It's crazy because you yourself won't see too much of a difference unless someone tells you or you take a picture. I haven't seen my back for 3months and when I saw the pic I was like "Holy S**t!!! ....wow!!"....lol
What exercises you use to target middle and lower
For the middle : primary has been T-bar rows with handles. Followed by reverse grip bent over rows with straight bar; close grip pull downs and seated cable rows
For the lower: primary has been deadlifts. Followed by hyperextensions with 45lb straight bar increasing weight slightly to 65lbs; then weighted ball hyperextensions.
Sometimes I have to cut the routine short because of bad back pumps.
