+ 1 Summer Cut week 8 B&W (recovery week)

Week 8 into my summer cut. Had a few minor setbacks last week with my diet and decided to take most of this week off from the gym because I have been feeling really over trained. Been going hard for months and even with the gear I was feeling tired, drained, and sore all day everyday. That's when you know you need a break. It's been nice to relax a bit and I'm definitely feeling better already. Planning on getting at it hard next week!
