+ 1 Vitamins and supplements to help lower blood pressure
ad
I've never had any type of issue with high blood pressure either on or off cycle. Today that changed. All
Day I've had a pounding headache, shakey hands, sweats and a racing heartbeat. It just hasn't gone away, so after hours of freaking myself out I decided to take my blood pressure with a portable machine. It read 148/65. When I looked at the chart it said I was in stage 1 hypertension. Its all new to me so I've been searching the web on way to lower BP naturally and I came across this link. I'd like to share it with everyone, I found it very helpful and informative. Thanks

~~~ I want to share an information when you got worried with BP high or low or racing???
~~~This formula lets you know this question: Systolic pressure___AGE+90 mm Of Hg. is normal
So, if you are 60 years, then 60+90=150 mm of Hg. is normal for a person with 60 years old.

clean out the liver.. keeps everything running really well !
BuckyDentureKeep in mind when looking at the chart that categorizes you in to stage 1 hyper, that a few years ago they tightened up the standards. Ten years ago those numbers would have just been in the high/normal range.
Do you think in an effort to sell more BP meds the drug companies could have had the standards tightened up a bit ??? HMMMM
Not everything is a conspiracy. BP is a serious issue and especially for all aas users. It's the root cause for many heart issues, let alone stroke. The tightening up of these standards are all about data research on what bp levels contribute to diseases. Even slightly elevated bp, over time, can cause serious issues. I think we all need to check our bp weekly and do what it takes to keep it in the healthy range.
BuckyDentureGood point and I respect that opinion. I didnt mean to come accross as flipant to the concerns of high BP , but the truth is since I was 20 I have been on the higher end of the BP scale and I never injected any kind of steroid till I was well over 40. I do monitor my bp regularly though and especially taking proviron I do need a little lisonopril. I just didnt think the op's numbers were all that bad.
Everyone is a little different when it comes to numbers. I don't disagree that RX companies are the devil most of the times, but BP is a serious issue. I've always been a little high, but even TRT levels of test raise my bp. I think it's something that can get out of hand very quickly and if it's not checked. Glad to see that you're on board with getting checked and doing what it takes to keep it within a "good" range.
Garlique (Garlic) did it for me a few years ago, my BP was elevated but not serious. It takes a week or so to get working but it evened my BP out. My GP offered me one prescription solution prior to that ... I took it for three days and felt like I was going slip into a coma, never again.
