+ 2 1 week into new corrected diet weight is falling off like crazy!!!

So I took the my diet plan and changed it accordingly to the advice that several of you gave me and the weight is just falling off no gear currently being used!!!! Can't argue with results thank you all so much for pointing me in the RIGHT direction!!!

whenether i needed to cut i would keep it simple 1.5 protein pbw and consume 100 - 150 g carbs, very little fats...but to me it was all about lowering those carbs

In the early hours of afternoon. I have a really physical job so going on a cut is a killer but my job helped on cutting diet. My carbs would mainly only come from oats for breakfast , sources of nuts, rye crackers or vegetables. To me oats was my fuel for the day . When I lowered my carbs to 100 the weight came of me too fast so I upped it back to 150, didn't want to loose any soliid gains I made...slower is better ;)
Eat very clean !! Hit the gym hard !! Make and reach goals !! +3 for your progress !!

hunteron20sNo bbq suace has alot of sugar. And sub out the baked potato for a sweet potato or yam or a whole wheat carb all together.

hunteron20sIf you want to cut up I mean really get there ..learn your your resting metabolism rate ..and then figure what you burn working out and total all the cals up then you set yout plan to burn more the 500 cals a day then you take in a day total ..this is how you fine tune diet for you ok .
