-1 Coming off cycle, looking for any extra advice that has helped you guys before

So i just did my first cycle of 8 week of test p along with .25 Anastrolze EOD.
My last Injection was this past Sat at 2am . So today is the 3rd day after and I'm starting 40/40/20/20 Nolva and 100/100/50/50 Clomid.
I am going to keep my diet up ( i've changed to protein from 350g a day to 230) ~230g P 150g C and 70g F. I am also cutting so my caloric intake is low around 2500. I am also going to keep my training up and cardio.
Is there anything else you guys would recommend to to keep gains? Ive put on a nice 20lbs or so and went from 15.5% to maybe 11%

So we tried to tell you not to cycle a few months ago due to your tender age of 20 years old; you ignored us like the plague, now you expect us to help you with your pct? How about we ignore you like the plague?
You posted you were starting this cycle 1st week of january and you are now saying you are just wrapping it up? Sounds more like 20+ weeks; Also you have no idea what you are doing due to all your posts; you are all over the place with what you planned on running.

No one should be helping you unless they are giving you a MEAL plan not aas plan.

your 23 years old, go get yourself checked by a dr and lay off cycling the answer to your above question if food, good dieting and nutrition and intense training, i cant be bothred giving you a lecture but you may have fkd ur future growth up by cycling early, its not only the test but ai and serms that affect you in different ways, why would you lower your protein if trying to keep gains? besides best eating try adding a preworkout with creatine, daa, fenugreek ( testofen ) and makesure your on top of vitamins, minerals and bcaas, good luck, be safe, get off juice...
You HAVE to keep eating..Keep the protein high..Keep the calories up. Eating off cycle is just as or more important as on...I assume you want to hold onto everything you ran your cycle for right?? If so..You have to eat like a beast. Eating like a bird just don't work. EDIT: And I hate that you felt like you needed to run a cycle before your body was done growing (you know..Puberty?? Yeah..) But the damage is done..So I would start eating like today is your last day on earth...And pray you recover.
