Just posted a few pics from the last cycle per requests... I ll update with precycle pics in about two three weeks when I jump back on cycle.. I finished this power cycle at 225 making most of my max pr my new working sets... I didn't max anything out this cycle due to some nagging injuries ...
time to take them down .. I ll post more a week or two into the next cycle starting soon

Just wanted to share GRLL when I 1st joined this site a few years back u and Goth were lowering the boom as mods! As I browsed the site I learned a lot of good info from u 2! And u and Goth both bust your asses in the gym and it all shows in your pics! Great Job and thank you for all the great knowledge you and Goth have helped me and I'm sure a lot of others!
