+ 10 killing my chest

im want to focus on my chest for about a month. i measured my arms this morn cold right after waking up and they were a good 18" i want to catch my chest up a bit

i just pumped my arms with my beadroom dumbells with a set of curls and tricep extensions and my arms are a solid 19". ill post up a pick

chest routine today = i started on the bench at 165 for a warm up then i added weight until i got to 265lbs. i pumped until failure with every set. then i worked back down to 165lbs. that shit killed me. i ended up doing around 10 sets. then i moved to 2 sets of dips until failure but i was beat so i didnt get that many in. then i did chest flies with resistance bands to keep the blood pumped but get a slight break. then i moved to dumb bell flies, dumb bell pull overs ( they might be more for back but i love them for chest) and then i finished with a couple sets of dumb bell pushup to failure. i am burnt

last time i ran low test with tren a i got all those bad sides. i think i want to try a 1 to 1 ratio this time. i am running a low dose of mast p right now. 50 mg eod

Just a suggestion. I like 50,50 tren Ace & mast prop. & keep test at 500mg a week.
Burn that chest out!! It will cut up nicely!!+1
