Not sure about the ventro glute, I do pin my upper glutes and a little further down too, to try not to hit the same spot every time
Do you pin chest? If not, try it. 3 fingers up and 2 fingers in from your nipple. Make sure to flex while pinning, it makes all the difference in the world.
Specifically the front delt? No but I have pinned side delts with a 5/8s. Most I ever put was 1ml but I think the amount It can hold really depends on the size of the muscle. I'm sure ronnie Coleman's delts can hold more oil then mine can. I never done tri but the most I personally would put in them is 1ml.
I drop 3ml in side delts easy like butter.
Yeah I pin my side delts all the time. They're my favorite spot, but scar tissue is killing me.lol I have managed to get 2.5cc in my side delts with no problem. I usually use 1 inch pins on them.
You guys that can pin your quads are lucky as hell. Mine reject everything and almost put me in the hospital about 3 months ago with cellutlitis.
My normal sites are side delts and glutes. I've hit my Tris a couple of times, but don't really want to pin twice at one time if I can help it. I know that probably makes me a puss.lol
loll of course after I say I love quads and never get pip, I get fucking pip. Its either because i did heat up the oil, or I think I forgot massage the spot after I injected. Either way wtf haha.

Its not that bad that it would warrant Ibprofin and a heating pad, just a bit sore. Ive had some sources where the shit had me limping for 5 days after the shot every single time. Shit was horrible. I guess heating the oil before injecting and massaging it after really is important because I did it every single time and never had any pip and this last time I didnt heat it up and I barely massaged it and Im feeling it now. Lesson learned
I hear ya brotha!!! Heating it up is something I'm greatful someone told me about too!! Still get just a tad of pip from short esters, but nothing bad at all. Especially with Clears gear.
I love pinning quads. Definitely my favorite spot by far. Never hurts going in and never any pip. Considering trying the tear drop soon but I've heard some horror stories.
