Jus curious. How come u guys don't run aromasin? It's a suicide inhibitor so u actually get lower levels of estro instead of jus building a wall an getting the chance of bounce back when u stop adex?

Let me clarify: anastrozole itself is not detrimental to lipids. However, lowering estrogen excessively is because estrogen itself is beneficial to lipid levels.
Since u mentioned lipids. I found that niacin (niconic acid) not the time released which is different. But niacin @ 1g - 1g 1/2 a day really brings up hdl while lowering ldl. Good stuff. An don't worry bout the flush, that's a normal side n u get used to it
I tried the same thing using 1.5 grams a day. Didn't do anything for my hdl. I was also using red yeast rice and policansol(sp?) and my triglycerides dropped dramatically. Like from 140 down to around 70. Not sure if one of those things were responsible or the combination but I couldn't believe it. Can't remember what my LDL was or if it was effected. My hdl always sucks . I think it was around 28 but my ratio is good which I think matters more and overall cholesterol around 160 which is good. The hdl thing is genetic. My father and grandfather are the exact same way. Grandpa can't even get his over 40 even on medications. The highest mine ever were atleast since I've been getting blood work was 35 and that was when I was on nolva which raises hdl. It made mine go up 10 points at the time.

I think I was on it for a little over a month before the test so maybe it wasn't enough time? But it was enogh time to dramatically lower my tris.

I only have used aromasin and I agree it's a great choice, no chance of rebound and it doesn't have the negative effect on lipids that Adex does.
Adex has no negative effect on lipids. Old bodybuilder's tale. Grape anadrol lollipop for anyone who can prove me wrong.

I say just run it. If you are at all like me, I convert easily, you should know pretty quick good or bad.
