+ 21 my first show
ad
I weighed in at 212.0 at 4% bf. This was my first show and I love every second of it! funny thing is that my heart rate never got over 100 bpm??? strange. Anyway, I placed 8th out of 10th. I had come to find out that 5 ouf of the 10 guys were 1st place champs in recent years, so this was tough line up. I was however approached by some of the previous champs, they complemented me on my performance for my 1st show. they said I should be proud of competing in such a hard show for my 1st time.
All of the suffering I endured for the 16 weeks was worth the 10 minutes I was on stage. I love it so much! Great time!
-yes I was rocking the purple!

mperkinsssive been to the Em cup i think its huge but some say Contra or the govenorscup is huge. as long as if youre not saying the vancouvar champ is the biggest ;) thats a joke,..
As far as armature goes, this is the biggest. Well according to mark dugdale, matty porter, dave pulumbo. Thy say it's the biggest on the west coast
good job!!! first step is done, so take it that for this show was ure first lesson to learn how a bodybuilding show works... now comes the real work, now u know what to do its in ure hands to keep on tryng to better ure self, bigger, vascular, ripped, full, fluffed up, fevered and polished, gonna after work on diet, training, posing( crucial good posing is also key to sucess), and rest( day off, naps, breaks) gonna send a pm also got a couple of question im curious about, again good job, very well contioned and dry.... pm sent
I'm always striving for improvement! I always try to look for the edge haha

Anonyour on your way for sure
We'll with this new coach I have, he's big on drugs and food. I got myself up to 260 last year. He said he could get me to 285 and not as sloppy as I was at 260 either. He said after a year with him I'd easily be able to compete in the super heaveis next year. So in excited about that! I know most guys alway start light at middle weight and I was heavy my 1st show. So hopefully this says something about my genetics, I hope.
Looking sensational brother! Beautifully conditioned muscular and symmetrical physique! Considering the experienced and former champion lineup, you did fantastic!
Great accomplishments and one step closer to victory! +1 for being both motivational and inspirational! Much Respect! Great things are on your horizon!
Dude I love when you comment lol, such an epic vocabulary lol
Anonlooking grea brother i must say.. keep it up
Appreciate it! I plan on it
phil113kgFirst of all let me congratulate you for taking that big ass step into a whole new world of BB. Yes the time on the stage was for but a short moment in time but the journey to it will never fade. You did very good Lord- of -the -stage and let me tell you that you have a bright future ahead if you can continue to make progress while staying healthy. So now the big question is; will you be back?
Thanks big phill! And yes I will be! I have a new coach who is an underground IFBB coach. Im using him for the year to put on a good amount of lean tissue! Since I weighed in at 212.0 it's def possible to attain 20lbs of tissue in a years time.
Awesome +1
Thank you!
Props, I hardly recognized you with the tan, lol
Dude! Did you see the bonzer pic? I barely recognized myself lol
Looks like you did a good job of drying out, big difference from your 2 week out photo.
Yeah my ADEX went up to 2mg ED. Mast went up to 300mg EOD, and I took lasix the. Igbo before the show and in the middle if the night before the show.
Damn, how did you feel? I imagine tired as shit. There's so much that goes into a show that people don't even realize. No way I could do it.
Oh man the last 3 days were HELL! I had a severe attack of hiccups caused from tren, yes that's not lie! I couldn't breath due to hiccups and chest spasms. Anyway my carbs were so down to whatever was in the veggies. The day prior I had 2 cups rice spilt between 4 meals then a slice of chocolate cake before bed. I was still tired before pre judging. It wasn't until I got a burger, fries in me that I started feeling human again.
Fuck that shit, lol. You got an iron will.
Thanks man, I appreciate you can see that. My father always told me that when a man want something bad enough, he'll get it.
Damn, I thought that only applied to pussy, lmao
Looking great nice work good symmetry +1
Thanks man but my delts and arms need improvement
Looking good bro. Way to getting out there takes a lot of guts, congrats on your 1st show accomplishment.
Hank you my friend
Ace VenturaWow man, you've really come a long way in the last year. Congrats for getting on stage. You set a goal and accomplished it, you should be very proud of that. Most people talk about it but never get it done. Good luck in your future endeavors. A big fat +2!
I'm sure a lot of guys thought I wouldn't do the show haha.
Well done.
Do you think the tats hurt your definition?
Im REALLY wanting some arm ink done but not sure what its going to do to my definition.
Yes I really do! I use to do MMA so it was suitable haha now they fuck me
Your quads are impressive, props for just getting out and competing. Ur look amazing and nice leg tat too. +2
Thanks man, appreciate that
RustyhookerDamn awesome!! Slightly drier in quads and you woulda placed higher. But going against heavy hitters and first show.....damn amazing!!! +2
I had no idea there were 5 pervious champs there either but they gave me props
RustyhookerThey saw next years top 3 and it scared em. Lol.
Haha that would be cool. But I'll be at super heavy next year
congratulations on your placing in such a tough line up you must be on the right track to have impressed the previous champions and they were right you should be proud of yourself and the way you handled your first competition
Thanks man. Yes I was surprised when they all came up to me and talked to me.
