+ 7 4th cycle, Summer bulk, including peptides, opinions welcome!

Hey guys! Been training for 6 years consistently and I'm planning on doing my 4th cycle during summer time. (1st was 250 mg Test E/wk, 2nd Test E 250mg/week & 400mgs EQ and 50 mgs Anavar for the start, 3rd was Test E at 350mg/week and 600 mg/wk EQ plus 50 mgs TBOL kickstart). Now it might seem a little unconventional to bulk during summer, but i'm sitting at 175 lbs with about 11-12 % bf right now and would like to get to 190-195 lbs if possible. Obviously trying to stay as lean as possible. Currently doing a 6 week pre-cycle prime to get bf down to sub-10% and create a more anabolic environment. So, concerning the cycle, this is what I thought of doing:

Wk 1-14 - Test Cyp @ 500mgs/wk
Wk 1-12 - EQ @ 600mgs/wk
Wk 1-12 - Proviron @ 50mgs/day
Wk 1-4 - Dbol @ 20mgs/day
Wk 10-16 - Anavar @ 50mgs/day

AI: Aromasin @ 25 or 12.5 mgs a day. Very gyno prone, thats why I'm keeping Dbol at 20mgs and adding in Proviron for an extra bit of protection.

Peptides: 100 mcg GHRP-6 & 100mcg CJC-1295 without DAC Post-Workout, 100 mcg Ipamorelin & 100 mcg CJC-1295 without DAC pre-bed. (Will also be trying Melanotan 2, but that has nothing to do with the cycle itself)

Support supps: n2guard throughout the whole cycle, NAC daily, Multi-Vit, Vit C, Liv-52, Cystone (Himalaya kidney supplement), Glutamine, BCAA's, Fiber Powder, Fish Oil, probably HCGENERATE

PCT: 200 mg Clomid blast 1st day, then 2 weeks @ 100mg, 2 weeks @ 50mg, Nolva @ 40mg for 2 weeks and 20mg for 2 weeks. 12.5 mg Aromasin EOD, HCGENERATE, Unleashed/Post cycle combo.

Diet will look a little something like this:

Meal 1: 6:15 - 1 Scoop Whey, 1 Scoop Instant Oats, 3 whole wheat toasts, 3 eggs and some bacon, 35 g Protein, about 90 g carbs and some fats., Granny's Smith Apple

Meal 2: 09:30, 250 g Chicken/Poultry, 300 g Sweet Potatoe, some Walden Farms Ketchup (40 g Protein, 75 g Carbs) - or rice, or pasta, whatever I prefer, get the macros in.

Meal 3: 11:30 250 g Chicken/Poultry, 100 g whole wheat pasta, veggies (40 g Protein, 70 g carbs)

in here, about 13:00, 1 Up your Mass Shake.

Train, post workout shake: 50 g Malto, 2 Scoops protein (50 g Protein, 50 g Carbs)

PWO Meal: 250 g Chicken/Poultry, 100 g dry weight rice (40 g Protein, 75 g carbs) - up later on, if Hunger allows it, go with more carbs & protein, clean!

Meal 5: 250 g ground beef, veggies, 100 grams whole wheat pasta
(50 g Protein, 30 g Fats, 70 g Carbs)

Meal 6: 250 g ground beef, veggies, (40 g Protein, 30 g Fats)

Meal 7: 1 Scoop Casein, 15 ml Olive oil/macadamia nut oil (25 g Protein, 15 g Fats)

Should be around 4000 clean kcal.

Training: I am planning on doing a training program from the book 3 more reps, a book about the golden era of bodybuilding. So one of Arnold's/Franco's/Frank's/Tom's or whomever programms. High volume, training each muscle twice a week. Should be doable with the amount of food in my opinion.

Alright thats it a whole lot of stuff to read, but I wanted to include as much info as possible. Would be greatly appreciate to hear some advice/opinions/suggestions.

Just to give you guys a heads up: starting the 4th week, the carb priming thing seemed to work, body is really soaking up all the calories, up 16 pounds already, everything seems to work great, even got a bit leaner (yeah believe it or not, i guess im kind of gifted in that department). Havent even added in the "Viking mega shakes" yet, will add them pre bed soon I guess. Cut down test to 250 mg a week early cause of gyno paranoia, guess I'm gonna up it back to 500 again tho. Let's see how big I can get!!

So V, if you can tell me the shakes. And are you saying just go with the peps instead of doing the whole cycle? Oh yeah, and I'm not gonna be all out bulking, I'm doing pro wrestling as well and need to keep my agility and speed, and I don't wanna be one bloated mofo, need to look good every weekend when working shows

Never got to do the profile updating in the first place, age is 24. Yes, still young (looking young cause i've always been on the smaller side, small frame etc., took forever to get good growth spurts, was bullied in school etc.) But still, I know the risks, but am willing to take them. So yeah, might be too young for some of you, but as I am going to focus on my professional career from the beginning of fall onwards, this will be my last cycle for quite a while. And V, I enjoy the cooking. Not a huge fan of shakes, but whats in the shakes you are talking about? Would be lovely if you could help me out

Looks good bro... nice conservative use of compounds, only problem i see is that the EQ will just be producing gains when you are finishing it!... its best ran longer to be honest, so i would extend the EQ to 14wks and the test to 16wks to really get the best from that specific stack..... PEPS you should stay on for a good six months even after PCT and i guarantee you dont lose ANY gains at all if you keep your protein high.

Thanks a bunch for the advice! Might keep it at 12 and 14, had good results with 12 weeks up until now. I might decided to run it for 14 and 16 during the cycle. Okay, and the low dose of peps is also good to go? Don't wanna overdo anything! Thanks for the help, really appreciate it. cant +1 yet, otherwise I would!

Yup, that's what I was thinking concerning saturation dose. To be honest, might sound a bit stupid, but ever since I got into this whole AAS I been researching and reading through everything I can find. Been doing that for over 3 years now, and I'm doing new research every day. You never stop to learn. Thanks for the help and the +3, will let you know brother Smile

Yeah im good bro.... just looking at his 4000 cal diet........ 2 of my shakes would give him near that without all the cooking and down time to eat lol....... swap his 2 protein shakes out for 2 of mine including the food and he will be in real gaining territory with 7500 ED and get the best from the PEP stack.

My 02 without going down the steroid route.

bloody oath bro, i eat everthing bulking is bulking, i dont even do brown or wholemeal, give me a huge steak with a good bit of fat, mashed potatoe and a ton of veg and gravy anyday, eating big is the only way, some ppls diets on here is rabbit food lol, for me its meat and milk, there my number one supps up too 3litres of full cream milk a day and as much animal flesh as i can....... bulking is bulking.

forsure! when it gets closer, fish, turkey, supergreens, we even eat raw albacore tuna from the fish market, we go halves in a heap of it and just slice it as we eat it, mix a tad of soy sauce with a bit of wasabi, dip and eat, its nice! and alot of good protein, the milk turns too water with electrolytes etc, i dont compete but my training partner does
