+ 1 HOW DO WE KEEP OUR RECEPTOR SITES CLEAR?

ad

Later I will discuss pharmacological answers to these very relevant questions, but for the moment, let us
start with the obvious.

A couple of simple tricks is the answer to this. Firstly, remember the body will clear out the receptor site at its own pace. It is not a long process by any means. However, you have to consider the whole picture.
The drug may stay in the bloodstream for a long time. In which case, even through the receptors are being cleared, fresh compound is filling up the sites. This is classic. You must plan your course from the start and look to be off when you mean to be off, NONE OF THIS “OH IM GONA PUSH MY CYCLE FURTHER CAUSE I CAN”. This means knowing the half-life of what you are taking and stopping in time.
For instance, if you are using Sustanon for an 8 week course, then take your last shot in week 4. Because Sustanon lasts a good 4 weeks in the system, all you have to do is change to shorter acting products in the latter weeks. Substances like Propionate only last for days and certain orals, hours. So, it is simple to
work yourself down.

This way you will not get massive build ups of overlapping products. Because, if you take too much, the first wave fills the receptor sites, the rest sits around then aromatizes, has all sorts of toxic implications and cost a lot of money! The first lesson is to keep doses relatively low and steady. This prevents
overlap. The second lesson is to use short courses with short courses with short rest periods. Receptor sites should be clear and ready to go in 3 week, 4 at the most. This is assuming that you do not have a
bloodstream full of long acting esters. Hence, I believe that the best regimes are one of the following:

*These are personal preferences

LONG COURSE

This would last 10 weeks in total. 4 weeks in the optimum dose, 3 weeks to come down and then 3 weeks on absolutely nothing. This means that at the end of week 7, everything is out of your system. Later, we will plan how you slot in the products that work best for you. If you like Sustanon, you have to stop taking it at week 3 to be sure it is out in time. So, you would use it at the start, but not at the end. This course structure is highly successful. After the first 4 weeks, the dose is then dropped over the next 3. Only short acting compounds are used finishing with a decreasing number of orals until it reaches 0.

MEDIUM COURSE

This course last for 8 weeks in total. This has only 3 weeks at full dose, followed by 2 weeks coming down and 3 weeks off. Otherwise, it is the same as the long coruse.

SHORT COURSE (MY FAVORITE!)

There can be no doubt that athletes have changed to short courses. It has become so prevalent that Paul Borresen has actually written an entire book on the subject called “the stack”, which for some
reason is hard as fuck to come by haha. The overwhelming data of short course strategies can not be overlooked. 30 day courses of moderately high dose seem to be the “guerilla warfare” tactics of performance enhancement. Get it, shoot it and get out before anyone notices. Before our bodies homeostatic processes correct for any imbalance. Short courses also all allow for short rest periods. 30 days on 20 days off. Dorian Yates was a big practitioner of this method.

“WHAT ABOUT LONGER REST PEROIDS?”

Every so often, you have a good clean out when the situation dictates, if you are going away or just want a break. For myself, longer than 3 weeks off does not seem productive I can comfortably go as long as 12, but do not derive any benefit from it. You will have to experiment a little for yourself, like anything.

“WHAT BOUT STAYING ON A LOT LONGER?”

Long courses are less effective overall than short ones, again please understand this is my personal preference. I know people that stay on for 6 months, but they find themselves in a trap that they can not get out of. They can’t come off because they lose everything they gained. We are trying to work with
our bodies not against or instead of them.

People that say in over simplifies what is happening have criticized the example and analogy that follows. I say that they are for the most part over complicating the issue. I will also say that if these critics could come up with a better but comprehensible model then I will gladly adopt it. Athletes and bodybuilders usually lack academic training, not all but most. But they make up for it with their desireto learn and understand, That’s why they have their cycle advisors and diet planners. All they need is an explanation that they can relate to. I believe that if you truly understand something that you can explain
it to anyone who wants to understand it.

I have done many SBC (short burst cycles) and had great results. I'm working with a new coach and his views are different so I'll be trying new things.

Now how does this effect people who are in HRT..??
Your always On Cyp or Enath at 1/2 cc twice a week or 1cc a week

Would you add a short burst fast ester like prop and more Cyp/Enath at higher does then tapper back off to your HRT DOSE ??

lordoftheoctagon's picture

I can't give you an honest answer cause I do not advocate TRT unless its recommended by a doctor, I'm against it. You see alot of young guys on here doing it. They don't even care, they're fucking them selves up by doing that.
anyway I would imagine your receptors are not clear since your on TRT/HRT. You would need to come down to give your sites to clear, that would be my guess.

So would a short course consist of something like prop? To be honest, it seems like I would enjoy a short to medium course of prop only rather than my first and current cycle of 12 weeks + 2 week taper.

Not only is it shorter, but seems like I could run more of the same per year. I personally would rather gain a few pounds over a short time, keep those. Then do it again. So instead of going up 15 lbs one cycle, losing some, then repeating the process, I would gain, 10, keep 5 and have a better chance of holding on to them. by the time my next cycle was due

Those are obviously random numbers. Not sure if that made any sense but in short, I like it. It sounds "slow and steady" even thought it's quick burts of cycles. It may be too early. Does that make sense? LOL

Im a big believer in SBC (short burst cycles). 4-6 weeks at a high dose. Ive put on a good amount of tissue with these in a short time frame. Best of all most of it was kept, wana know why? Reason being is with short cycles (HCG included) you'll do a shorter PCT time maybe like 2-3 weeks. So with shorter recovery time and you've already been using HCG its not going to take long for your natty test to bounce back. Doing this allows for more gains kept! I used to do longer cycles but after I found this, i'll never go back to long cycles. Its to risky on keeping gains man. 16-18 weeks plus a 4-6 week PCT, that will be bard (diet depending) to keep alot of that. I know everybody is different but this is just my opinion of it. I know some douche bag will read this and try to argue with me about it. I know a few guys on the forums who would. Anyway im glad you enjoyed the wright up.

The body will always continue to make more receptors and androgens can then fill them
Like a parking lot with construction crew always making more if needed
The reason gains slow is from tolerance
These drugs can build tolerance so week 2 @500mg is alot different than week 10@500mg bc the body had adjusted and is more tolerant to these drugs
Take for example in medical science we use oxandrolone for short two to four week burst only because patients develope tolerance and in some cases dependence on said drugs , this leads us to cycle them off and on for best results.

How would you formulate HCG doses and pct instructions? The same as a short oral cycle? This method seems better but how would you run, say test e (being a long ester) for four weeks with a proper pct?

lordoftheoctagon's picture

Most people usually like to run like a Dbol+TestE or Porp+ test E combo from 15-22 weeks (PCT included). BUT with shorter heavier cycles your shutdown would little if in fact any at all. So with shorter shutdown and a faster PCT time, you will have a better chance in keeping your gains, IF ....IF your diet, rest, and training are still in check. As for the PCT time, it would be different, alot shorter. most people run 4-6 weeks of PCT to where with these usually 2 weeks should do just fine., depending the length of your cycle.
