I'm running proviron for my pct and i feel amazing so you have to test the waters and see what works for you.
Did you run it with HCG?

provi in pct keeps you shut down apparently. save it for your next cycle.
I heard a low dose will not be too supressive. It could just make the recovery take slightly longer, but not even much to notice, but everyone is different, so everyone will have different results. I would only run 25mg daily for PCT.
I have read the paper in the box and it says take 25mg three times a day for the best result.
