so i know this is the "whats for dinner" section but does anyone make anything special for breakfast. i do 1 cup plain greek yogurt and mix in 1 scoop whey protein vanilla from body fortress ( i swear it takes like cinnamon roll icing) and 1 chopped bannana.. it keeps me full till lunch no problem

Omelettes with chicken, cheese, skimmed cream.
Banana pancake - stir up protein powder, banana and a whole egg.
3 whole eggs
1 can tuna
Diced onions
Throw it all on skillet till eggs are scrambled. Top with cheese and picante. Hash browns or applesauce.
My breakfast every morning pretty much:
8 eggs scrambled with scallion, diced peppers, clove of garlic, and diced up bacon (or pancetta if I'm treating myself). Served with two hash Browns (home made modeled after Greg's hash recipe), two bagels (or 4 slices toast), butter or cream cheese depending on what I'm in the mood for, and a glass of orange juice.
Sometimes I'll alternate between scrambled and an omelette, and if I wanna treat myself I'll make the eggs over easy.
I like 1 cup of liquid egg whites
4 extra lean turkey sausage links (96/4)
1 whole wheat bagel
I've had this every morning for the last year...
1 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp pb
1 banana
1 raw egg
1 cup ground oatmeal (from coffee grinder)
2% and/or whole milk
1 tsp splenda
1 tsp vanilla extract
Couldn't imagine starting my day any other way, lol

Egg whites and oats in a blender make pan lakes and put bananas and Splenda on top
AnonRight now here is what I'm doing in the morning:
1) One egg whole
2) Seven eggwhites (egg beaters)
3) Chopped chicken breast (1/3 cup ~ 15g protein)
4) Handful of green/red peppers
5) Salt + Pepper
6) Scramble all of the above in skillet
7) Serve with cold low carb salsa on top
Add bowl of oatmeal + splenda packets on my carb days

1 cup of oatmeal, almonds, granola and fresh fruit with a protein shake mixed w soy milk on the side
2 cups of egg whites mixed w 1.5 cup of choclate milk. And 1 cup of oatmeal!! Yummy!!! NOT!!!! Lol
Eggs and oatmeal
My go to for the last few weeks has been 2-3 whole eggs with 3 egg whites, shredded cheese, with some broccoli and chicken/bacon/turkey. Keeps me full up until around 9/10 AM when I take a break and eat again.
Oatmeal Cottage Cheese Pancakes
My wife makes them with an extra scoop of protein powder, banana, and flax seed.
Kaboom...
when bulking 6 egg whites and 3 whole eggs.
1/2 cup of oats
scoop whey protein powder
maybe a handful of blueberries or banana
I usually go for a huge omelet but if im in a hurry ill throw a small jug egg whites with a handful of oats, blueberries, and almond milk in the blender and then slam it. Sometimes i sub the blueberries for bananas.
