was the pack cooled?
the geno isn't premixed, so is ok for a few days at room temp. but no as im uk based I didn't ask for it, however they reassured me it was coming straight from the fridge to the post office!
but im sure it could be done if needed for over seas shipping

im using a slin pin, so im running up to the 10iu mark on 100iu slin pin which = 3.6iu
im using 2iu hyge AM, 3.6iu geno post workout PM
So 5.6 iu day?
Yes mate on training days . Non training days i do 3iu hyge only
