you need to let me know something! i had to refund all money!
i dont know whats happened too rm they use to be great. my order is well overdue and they seem to not care. i was a loyal customer put 6 previous orders & they came through. the last order they screwed up but still kept in contact.this one theres been nothing done other than askin for order# and telling me the same story of mail.their policy says reshipment after 24 days. i had to refund all money and now im out!

Why would you say that? We are reshipping for free your missing order. I hope you understand that the delivery depends on the mail service and not on us, packages do get seized or lost and this is NOT our fault.
