I dont really like body pod. Body pod estimated my body fat to be 13.1% in mid August vs calipers 11.72% i assume my bf% was 15 back then. The only closest way to measure body fat is dexa scan.

Thanks for the replies guys keep em coming. I'll add that in the morning when I wake up top 4 abs are visible but as soon as I eat I start to bloat throughout the day.
