+ 29 6 months of progress - before/after
I took the first picture at the end of August after I had been off TRT for 3 months do to cost. I was looking pretty good before that, but tanked within a month of going off. Became depressed and my best were Ben and Jerry. (Chubby Hubby for sure!)
I decided to do TRT on my own in September, put my diet back and check and quickly returned to where I was in the spring. I have always hit it hard in the gym, but as my first fixture indicates, you can't outwork a shitty diet.
I started my first cycle of test cyp 500 of dragon pharma from xroids for 15 weeks (I planned 12 but became really sick in the middle so extended it). I added 100 anavar for the last 5 weeks.
Anyway, I'm not done with my transformation, but I feel I'm off to a good start!
Thanks for all the advice, motivation and support from Eroids, this site has been a real blessing for me.

Great story and good progress. I remember a few years back coming off cold turkey and I thought I was dying. The depression and fat gain was the worst point of life. Now years later I'm fitter, stronger and ripped like I was 30 again. All the best. +1
