Started supplementing with Iron. Had my doctor run bloods. Test is still high, all the other issues were resolved. No one knows your body better than yourself :-D.
On a second note, I'm not sure how letrozole can be keeping my estrogen in the upper range. Its clinically proven to suppress estrogen levels by as much as 98%. How would that be keeping my estrogen level in the sweet spot?
Would I get the same reaction if I took pharm grade letrozole?
Have the same problem with exe I think its if you already have the gyno then its not going to help so if u use some novla with the ai it might work better
I would listen to megaT and get your iron checked out. If your labs show low iron, See a professional. I just went through all kinds of testing because of similar blood work to yours. Mega was spot on. I have low iron. I'm on supplements now. I feel better. Do not self medicate. See a professional.
What protocol did your doctor have you do to fix the problems?

RBC and RDW flagged high,MCV,MCH,MCHC flagged low. What's cause that ...low iron levels. Need to get iron and ferritin levels checked.

Blood test to check levels. Pretty sure yours will be low. It will get worse not better. You will feel tired and out of sorts. You may have not noticed it yet. May make you out of breath.

So I take it you have been feeling a little fatigued and couldn't figure out why. A lot of guys miss this because they look at RBC,hemaglobin,hematocrit being in range and think that nothing is wrong but it's the juice elevating this and keeping you in range. Once you come off those numbers are going to drop even further and next thing it becomes iron deficiency anemia.
What causes the fatigue is your not getting enough oxygen to tissue as that is what hemaglobin along with iron does... it carries oxygen. Think in terms of the fatigue a mountain climber has at high altitude.
I dont feel fatigued at all. Im extremely sensitive to stimulants and take none. I have things in my head I can think about that just get me going. Some nights I have to smoke mary jane to fall asleep. Fatigued and tired are the opposite.

I wouldn't be overly concerned about your Prolactin levels. Like everything else you need balance. Decrease Libido can be attributed to low and high levels of prolactin. Obviously, (Ideally) you'd like to be in the middle, but new research has shown that you're better off in the high end of the normal prolactin range opposed to the low end (which you are now). So, I'd stop the caber, because you'd like those levels to actually come up, and in turn, your test levels will also come up.
Are you taking any prescription meds? Did you fast before the test? These can vastly effect prolactin readings.
In regards to your estradiol and total estrogen, you're definitely in the sweet spot. 2.5mg of Letro ED, is a pretty intense dose, but it seems to be working great for you. I never experience the joint paint that others get from high dose letro, but I can tell to back off, when my skin starts drying out. I split the pills in half and go EOD.
Your ALT and AST aren't overly concerning. You should retest after you completed you cycle and PCT, but these are about where my levels are when cycling. They can actually get a bit higher, if I'm on any orals, but they return to normal pretty quick post cycle.
Take your off cycle, push hard....and next time, plan a little better! ...but you're doing alright.

I am taking prescription meds. I take gabepentin for nerve pain (100mg/3x day) and I smoke the refer everyday (through a vaporizer). Other then that, I stick to the plan.
I did fast before the test.
Thats so weird how 2.5mg of letro is putting me in the sweet spot and not killing all my estrogen. I originally started it for gyno reversal which is now starting to subside a little. Some days my chest and nips are flat and their are no visual signs. Other days they just poke outwards a little. I just dont understand how 2.5mg of letro is just putting me in a sweet spot and not reducing estrogen by almost 98%.

It's hard to say for sure, your estrogen levels could have been higher than you thought starting out. If you were taking research chemicals, your initial estrogen levels could have been much higher than you think, so the current levels you're seeing (that are good), may be a result of your levels already coming down. There so many studies out there on letrozole. For every male study where letrozole decreased estrogen levels by 95% there's another that shows it reduced estrogen levels by 40%....this just shows the extent that different compounds effect different people. Unless your contest prepping, you don't want your estrogen levels to get too low.
Keep in mind too, that with your lower prolactin levels, it's going to cause your estrogen levels to rise.
Also, Gabapentin is technically classified as an anticonvulsant, and in studies has been linked to an increased AST and ALT levels.
I've also come across studies showing that Gabapentin if used at night, can be linked to decreased prolactin levels in the following morning..... something to think about.
Thanks alot for all the insight. This is exactly what I was looking for prior to posting this thread. I take gabapentin 3 times a day spread out with the last dose being before I go to sleep.

I started letro for gyno reversal. I'm using sarcoplex's letrozole. This is the first time Im doing bloods and posting them on a forum to analyze. I dont know how to read my bloods.
Your test C definitely is legit. Your test and free test levels are off the chart. Kind of thought your E2 levels would have been lower taking letro. Watch out for rebound when you stop taking it.

How long ago was that bad Deca cycle? You don't need to be taking caber for this cycle.
I started having puffy nipples around first week of January. I was on week 6 or 7 of a deca cycle. First time taking deca. I was taking exemestane as an AI and a research liquid cabergoline that didnt seem to do the job for the prolactin.
Stopped the Deca immediately and started EQ. Why? I dont know. Because I'm an uneducated noobie who wants to get big. So as of January, I have been doing Test Cyp and EQ. I ordered and received some letrozole from sarcoplex and some pharm grade caber. I started dosing the letro at 2.5mg ED about 2 weeks before my bloods. And I took .25mg the Monday and Thursday before my bloods.
I dont know how to analyzed my bloods so I'm not really sure what to do from here.
Is the letrozole I'm taking legit? Ive been taking it for about 2 weeks and havent felt the dry joints. I still have a great sex drive. So I'm not getting the side effects of the letro.
noob941yep..i had the same thoughts on the letro takin daily....i used it for 10 days when my bloods came back e2=207 and by the tenth day i was crashed joints poppin and no sex drive...
Do you have a recommendation? Ive been on the letro for about 2 weeks now and my joints feel fine and sex drive is still fine. No problems at all. Is there a way to tell on my blood panel if the letrozole is working or not?

So what your saying is 2.5mg of letrozole (or the sarcoplex brand) a day has my estrogen in a sweet spot right now? So 2.5mg/day is where I need to stay? What about all the other names that are flagged for being high or low?
noob941WELL, what i am saying is yes your e2 is in a good spot, but in my experience i couldn't run letrozole any where near that kind of dose...you say you been at 2.5 ed for 2 weeks so....if...IF..you are having no signs of estro crash continue .....IF your joints start poppin and ur johnny stops knocking back off til you find a dose that agrees with you...or use a more common ai...aromasin or arimadex....now on to the rest of the results there is an older post that has each and every one of the abbreviations defined and somewhat explained in laymans terms ...i am going to go right now and try to find it since i am waiting on my girl to finish "gettin pretty"...so we can hit bourbon ...if i dont find it tonight i will find it tomorrow ....
