+ 16 Proof.. Squats do work!

First pic was one year ago.. Second&third pic are today. Not too dramatic of a difference but the booty is definitely higher, rounder and tighter. I swear by heavy squats, leg presses, ham/glute raises.. Keep squatting ladies! Smile and yes, I consider this quite revealing so please be gentle!

Very nice. Burying the squat, going as low as possible, will turn just bout any butt into a double bubble as it engages the glutes more. A lot gyms have a butt blaster which is basically a kickback thats just about all glutes. Keep it up.

Heavy squats are great at this stage but when you hit your butt goal have a change because you will notice a thickening of the waist and core area... its just the way work unfortunately..... swap to heavy low pulley ankle strap kick-backs for keeping that butt rock hard without the core thickening side effects.
