Meal one- 50 grams whey, 80 grams waxy maize

Meal two- 6 eggs, 2 bagels

Meal three- 8oz chicken breast, 2 cups white rice, 2 tbsp olive oil

Meal four- 8oz wild Atlantic salmon, 2 cups white rice, 1tbsp macadamia nut oil

Meal five- mass gainer shake or repeat meal three

Meal six- 2 eggs, 2 cups Greek yogurt

Post workout- 50 grams whey, 80 grams waxy maize, 20 grams Gatorade powder
