foods that promote more blood flow to muscles

Is there any foods that you know of that promote more blood flow to muscles?

I think that foods high in omega 3 fatty acids in theory should work, garlic also comes to mind.

But anything else?

I tried the above things but garlic gives me the worst breath ever and foods high in omega 3 don't seem to work as well as fish oil supplements for me.

But I still have not experienced this mind blowing pumps people seem to be raving about with aas.

I have taken tren, dbol, test, eq, and mast. From good sources. So I'm wondering wtf is going on. Is my body just used the exercises or what? I thought that with the edition of aas. I would be getting the pumps I remember as a teenager where I couldn't even scratch my face with a couple set of curls. I long for that feeling but I can't get that kind of pump anymore it seems.

I get really weak pumps and maybe a couple veins pop out momentarily that's it.

I know you asked for foods but nitrix oxide promotes more blood flow to muscles if thats what your after. No real proof it does anything for the muscles tho besides give u a awesome pump.

this may be a silly question but have you tried a preworkout sup?...having enough water and fluids before workouts always helps me..i know a few people that swear by raw organic apple cider vinegar to help with just about everything under the sun
