cycoSurely some packs have to land by saturday. One guy lives very close and he told me not yet. Maybe it got lost in the shuffle. Trilogy got real hot quickly,aka popular. So maybe he just was not used to the volume,and some packs went out later then Tuesday or Wednesday. I really don't know Forsure.

tLAMARwI'm guilty as charged but not to dispute you or anything and I understand promos slow orders down but Sundays and holidays have nothing to do with mail or t/a times yes mail doesn't run but mail is still moving 24/7 365 days a year. As for me the only reason I contacted you was because I paid the morning of the promo and my order never updated and still says pending now, so I just wanted to make sure everything was good. I have no problems waiting on an order but I would update your t/a on your source page to 14 days as of now it says 5-7 I think that's where people get anxious if it says 14 days then there should be no wining or complaining. Thanks again for the promo and can't wait to try out the gear when it comes.
AnonI'm not singling anyone out but yes Sundays and holidays do make a huge difference. If I send it out on a Saturday you would get it Monday normally. Unless that Monday is a holiday. If you pay me on a Sunday, and Monday is A holiday, then your pack won't go out until earliest Tuesday. That's also assuming the day I receive payment, I'm processing and shipping all in 1 day. Believe me bro, this snow hasn't helped either. I need some nice weather.

Which was over a week ago, I think if you just post your stated t/a on the source page there would be no more problems with people complaining. I know if a source had a stated t/a I won't ask questions until after that day has passed. But once again I understand the promo slowed things up and you're busy, as long as I get my stuff I'm happy!
