if you are running cut stack and have low body fat u may not need any. if you do .125 mg e3d may be enough.
AnonEveryone is different man. Your just going to have to find what works best for you. IMO .5 eod is way too much. Have the adex on hand for when you get elevated estrogen sides then add in the adex at .25 e3d and you can adjust from there. You just don't want to crash your estrogen it's no fun
