Wanted to share these before pics. I just started my 2nd cycle of Var. Only on day 4 but wanted to upload these before I go beast mode and reach a lot of goals and post great progress pics later. I still have a lot of work on getting posing part down to flex all the muscles I do have to show.

Thank you! I plan on accomplishing a lot of goals I have set. I am making sure my diet is also point on. We have been meal prepping which makes it so much easier!

I run 20mg Var but first 5 days I split 10 mg pill to 5mg morning n evening. Then I work up to 10mg morning and another in the evening. Will run this time for 12 weeks.

Do you notice any bad sides? Just curious cuz im thinking about asking my wife if she would want to try it.. what do you mostly get out of it? Leaner, stronger or what*

I haven't had bad side effects. A lot of people say they are awake a lot at night, but I never can sleep so I couldn't say. And u can use it to be leaner or stronger. I love how strong I feel n see results faster.
