I am obsessed with triceps haha so I kill them because a old body builder once told me "Tri's for the size, Bi's for the show" I know this is a bicep shot but without a tricep you look like you have tiny arms. I love my arms man so I figured you guys tell me what you think? No they aren't 100% even my right is 15.5" and Left is 15.25" and a little less defined. I am right handed

hunteron20sI agree I say bigger triceps make bigger guns .I hit all three heads on the tricep and I still hit the bis , but teis will put the size .I went from 15 inch to 17 inch but it took hard work and stay consistent ..
AnonMakes me wanna cry bro. I use to love my bicep's. I got into a street fight and the person I was after ran into a car, the window was lightly agar so I put my arm threw it to grab the person and the driver began to throw the car in drive and the window shattered and my bicep tore and I never had the ten grand for reconstructive muscle surgery. Part of my bicep is there and I strength train it as much as possible but still take it easy on my bicep. SMH moral of the story never take for granted the things you love the most(lol super vane comment)

I can close grip 315lbs and hammer curl 80lb dumbbells like its nothing but still don't have an impressive profile in this pose. And I'm at freakin 8% bf lol good work man, giving me more motivation!
Its not about the weight brotha! I honestly stick around 15-30lbs dumbells fro tri and bi, favorite for tri is skull crusher! And higher reps for arms around 12-15. Keep at it bro and if you ever want tips I can do my best to help!
