Getting rid of the inflatable tube around my midsection

ad

OK, I am fkn sick of it. How do I get rid of that love handle back fat? I am honestly not sure how. I am losing weight as of now but I see those are not going away while my stomach and other parts are shrinking. I need a good regimen to reduce it then kill it. I really don't do a lot of cardio because I am strength training but I do the occasional row machine once a week for about 20 minutes. Please help.

I have noticed a slight decline to the back fat now that I am killing my legs with squats and deadlifts now. I'm also noticing a faster fat loss as well. Who knew your legs carry quite a bit of fat?

Well, first u need a very high protein, low carb diet. I am trying to do the same thing right now. Its the only place I have any fat really left to burn(lower abs and kidneys). And in those specific places u listed are normally the last fat to burn off. In most cases.
I'm on day 22 of this and I have lost 4lbs of fat.
I've been training high intensity 6 days a week.
Separated my weight training from my cardio. Cardio I've been doing 30 minutes low intensity on the stair master. Trying to save my mass and it's working great. U wanna shot to loose 1-1.5lb a week. If u start losing more than that its probably muscle.

Another thing u can do is get sum skin fold calipers. Each week do a skin fold test and it will tell u exactly were u r losing fat etc...

I agree. But, when losing fat and fat only.Especially in places that he mentioned. U want to slowly strip it off. Otherwise u r sacrificing ur hard earned muscle. And that's what you don't want. At least in my case.

Anyone can lose 5-10 pounds. Fast. Is it all fat ?? I would have to say no. U lose 5-10 pounds and the fat u were trying to lose is still there.

the stairs, my gym has a stair master. I'm going to try that this week starting tomorrow. Or do you mean stairs as in the ones we used to get up and down? lol.

That machine is the best cardio machine in the gym and from what I've scene under used.. It's a killer and I think people are afraid of it... Lol... I love it, sweat my ass off!

I'll see if my gym has one.

I can't agree more on the diet part. I just wish the back would also learn to let go.

my current cycle is a compound that does not have a high affinity to convert so I lost quite a bit of water weight. my diet is very low on carbs at the moment.
