Lymphocytes %, Automated Count range 20.0 - 51.0 % result =14.3 (low)
AST, serum range <=34 U/L result = 40 (high)
ALT, serum range <=63 U/L result = 42 (normal)
BUN range <= 18mg/dl result = 10 (normal)
CREATININE serum range <=1.30 mg/dL result = 1.18
GLOMERULAR FILTRATION RATE result = 77
glucose 80
electrolytes (normal)
let me state the reason I got bloodwork in the first place was due to a sudden increase in bruises in my right leg. All month I've had these bruises show up in my right leg and there has been no trama or nutritional issues

I know this is old but was checking out your pics. If this ever happens... Your missing some vital info when it comes to bruising. All this lab shows is that you have lifted recently and have no infxn. There's something called "demarginalization" that happens with stress, increase hr or bp like from lifting. Normally you have a bunch of neutrophils just hanging out in the sides of vessels, but when the flow past them picks up (or when infection calls them into action) they detach from the vessel walls and show up on ur lab. Only real way to tell if it's infxn or stress related when values are that close to norm is by checking what's called the "bands" and "segs". Think bands=baby's. They are newly made neutros in response to infxn. If they are 0, ur numbers are from stress only. Anyways, this report will show nothing for bleeding. If it happens again, you need to get a hematocrit (#of rbc's) hemoglobin, mcv, mchc (all show health of rbc) and most importantly, a platelet count and coag study. Those are what show why your bleeding. Let me know if you have any ?s
Thanks for the response. You are right it would have been better to get more bloodwork tests. But that is what my doc ordered at the time. He called me and said if symptoms persist come in for more bloodwork.
I spoke with a member here on eroids that was pretty knowledgeable on the subject and it turns out I likely had a muscle tear. From squatting heavy I got a pretty deep tear in muscle and that is what caused the bruising in my calf and thigh. That caused an inflammatory response so probably why the white blood cell count was a little high.
Everything is good now, thanks again for the concerns
update: bruising in my leg has gone down completely. Blood test results came in with TSH in range as well.
I took 2 days off from the gym and that I think helped the bruising go down. All the pain is gone as well. No more swelling in my leg
AnonIm thinkin some kinda infection
But not sure
Never had this one happen
Keep us posted
Look at the absolute 1st. Neutro's are in range at 7.7 but are at the top of the range. What causes Neutro's to elevate are acute bacterial infection but in guys who train hard it can be from Inflammation. Can also raise from stress and exercise. Your not really that high. I had a bacterial infection was put on antibiotics retested 3 wks after I finished the antibiotics and my Neturo was at 9.1. You may be getting a bug just keep an eye on it. It's that time of the year where people are getting upper respiratory infections. Just keep in mind that the values in range represent 95% of the population. 2.5% will fall either higher or lower. The fact that your slightly out does not indicate a problem unless you are feeling symptoms if so go see a Dr. Lymphocytes are not super low your only .2 out of range. Some of the things that can lower it are infections like flu. Rheumatoid arthritis can do it. If you had Corticosteroid shot. Baso is a WB cell that can release histamine and serotonin and other chemicals that act on the blood vessels when the immune response is triggered. Baso at .2 is in range but it will rise in inflammation or allergies. Looks like you just might of caught a bug if so the body is doing what it is suppose to do or it could be a respose to inflammation which we get from training. AST being out 6 points is from training pretty normal. BUN,Creatinine and GFR are all kidney markers and they all look good. Glucose is fine. For this time of the year would say all in all your blood work looks good If you feeling like your getting a cold,flu then see a Dr. Main thing is how are you feeling?
Man i wish i could +1 you every time you help one of us out by interpreting blood test results. As far as im concerned youre an invaluable asset to this community, thanks for lookin out for all us bro
Yea I agree. I gave him +4
Thanks for your detailed response. The reason I got the test in the first place is because I had unexplained bruising in my right leg that was not caused by physical trauma and it has not gone away.
I feel 100% don't feel sick or anything. My temperature was 99 degrees F.
I go back to the doc this week to evaluate the blood tests and decide what to do next. But you could be right maybe I caught a weird bug or something. Or it could just be from exercise and stress or inflammation like you said.
Been doing any squating are heavy leg exercises the past week or 2?
Yes I have been going hard on squats recently
Where on your leg is the bruising? Thigh,calf,upper lower,side, back,inner,outer? Small,large,black and blue? Did your Doc take a look at it? If you can take a picture of it. Could be you have a muscle strain which is a 1st degree muscle tear. That would raise Nutro's, cause bruising and low grade fever.
What are you running as far as gear right now? I honestly don't know if it makes much difference. Like Carlos said tho you should see a Dr.
week 4 deca/EQ cycle. My bold is low dose 500mg so that could be throwing off my values sure. 4iu HGH
I will put the cycle on hold as of now, no more injections until I'm all clear. I will abort cycle if bloods aren't looking good in a week or 2.
AnonWell the neutrophils are WBC and they fight infections. So basically a high number means you have some sort of infection or virus.
The low lymphocytes are also a WBC. A low number normally indicates a suppressed immuno system normally cause by something. You should go see a Dr. Have them run some more labs. Are you experiencing any symptoms as of now? A lot of times a virus does not present symptoms right away. The combo of both of those numbers is concerning. How much? I can't really say much other than if I were you I'd go make an App to see a Dr. It could be nothing but better to be safe than sorry
Do you think suppressed immune system could be from steroids? Anyways thanks for the response. Yeah it could be some virus or something. Will go back to the doc beginning of next week.
He asked if I take steroids. Not sure if he asked based on my size or if I look like I'm on steroids. Hopefully he was just asking since he knows I lift and he thinks the bruising could be from steroids. I just told him I take a lot of supplements lol but will be holding off my cycle for now.
AnonIt's possible that it could be from gear. I'm not convinced to be honest. The causes are wide ranging but a Dr can isolate the cause with more tests and can be fixed at times with a simple round of antibiotics. As far as your Dr goes do not admit anything. You lift a lot you eat right and you take pride in your body. That's all he needs to know.
AssUhlPretty sure Dr's are strictly confidential and cannot say anything to anyone about what you tell them. And sometimes if it IS something your using and you don't tell them they can improperly diagnose you and then your problem will possibly A. Not get fixed at all.... or B. Get worse! Everybodies scared to talk to their doc about juice.....what's he gonna do, turn you in and the cops come and haul you off?? No....its actually the smartest thing you can do and if its a family doc you've known for years, even smarter! I tell mine everything and he's helped me out MANY times with pharma ai's and my Triptorelin at the end of every cycle. But the bottom line here, get yourself to the doc and get fixed up j223!
I'm thinking about waiting a week and getting a white blood cell panel blood test done myself to make sure my levels are back to normal.
I have to respectfully disagree with you. I'm not telling my doc anything at the risk of increased rates, denied coverage etc.
I have an HMO, kaiser it's a huge company so they have their OWN doctors. It's not like I can pick any doctor and get treated, I have to use their doctors, their facilities, their prescriptions/pharmacy and so on. So I'm not 100% how kaiser doctors are but I do know my psychiatrist is not allowed to prescribe certain brand name drugs because they cost too much for the company as a whole even though my copay is only $90 for a $1200 brand name drug it means that I'm just an outlier and they have to cut into other customers premiums to cover the costs of MY drugs. Even though a certain brand name drug works best for me she tells me the corporate kaiser prescription manager gets on her ass and she doesn't get bonuses.
What I'm saying is with it being a big centrally controlled HMO the doctors do things the way the company wants them to. They order the least amount of tests possible to save costs, they prescribe the cheapest drugs... I'm pretty sure it would be a bad idea if a doctor knew I used I have a feeling my insurance would know as well.
That's why I posted my results here to ask you guys. I also told him I took supplements and "testosterone boosters" he was cool with it he said "if you take supplements or steroids it can effect blood clotting" so he pretty much already knows I'm using he just doesn't know I'm using illegal steroids(and he doesn't need to know either). He's not dumb he knows prohormones are real steroids.
Def. And no I would never say anything about steroids.
Thanks for your time I will let you guys know when I get the rest of my blood tests in this is only part of it
