yes jhendo.. I 'm lifting 315 for about 5 reps each set right now.. since I ve got at least 8 weeks left in the cycle I m shooting for 375 .. 315 is what I maxed out at last cycle
Wow. I bet the whole damn gym stops n stares when you DL that 315..lol.. So you do heavy weight n low reps? You probably do them as a finisher?
yes I usually try to hit 3-5 on my last working set. then I drop down to two plates and hit that for reps for two more sets.
You ever get mad and fling Goth across the room?

MS. MODEST won't tell you here, but it's worth noting that this is a BIG woman at nearly 6 feet, and she concentrates almost exclusively on powerlifting these days....Hence the large (but fairly smooth) muscle mass she carries. I will NOT post photos of me with her near...because she makes me look much smaller...lol.
Anyway, our direction is changing to more conditioning and fat loss, without having to sacrifice the huge gains in strength she's made, so the goal is to see where she ends up in 12 weeks. Looking to be much more defined.
