Damn guys, thanks for all the encouragement. As we know we can our be our worst critics sometimes and I was have been down on myself lately. I always expect more from myself. Sometimes we have to remember things do not happen over night. Accomplishments come with struggle. Without struggle we wouldn't appreciate what we earn.
I think we all are over critical of ourselves when we look in the mirror, probably a huge part of what drives a lot if us forward. I know I don't see the same things on my physique that others comment on.
Keep pushing.
