Here are a couple of pics after my chest and trap workout. I posted up a pic the other day and I was very watery, so I wanted to provide a after pump pic. Sorry about the toothpaste on my mirror, but my back is really coming along. I want to own rear double bicep pose one day. Thanks alot everyone

Looking huuuge Buddha...you're physique is much more developed than mine so I hope I'm not out of place by saying this but IMO the only thing I see that isn't as developed as the rest is delts. 16 weeks will be more than enough to bring it all together for sure. AnonThanks brother and I'm always open to take a critique from everyone. Which delt head do you see lacking? Also have you looked at other pics, because my bodyfat somewhat blurs what I actually have but I want to learn from everyones opinion.
