i was feeling a little shitty today and almost skipped my triceps. thanks to ace for talking a little trash to me. it was enough to get my ass up and get my pump. ive got some really hard earned veins popping. this med-labs eq, test and tren is really doing its thing. also dub g's vips are keeping me fairly lean even though im gaining weight. i got sick and lost a bunch of weight. i was down to like 212lbs and now im back up pretty close to 220lbs. i hope i can still hit 230lbs. im sure ill go past. i hate my camera because it always seems to take the color out of my veins but they are obvious even without the color
