+ 31 EBC HALFWAY UPDATE

Due to extreme peer pressure I am posting my first and only updates. I am running all Muta gear and am currently up 29lbs. I am 5-8" tall and am currently weighing in at 252lbs. My starting weight was 223, and strangely enough I am the same height as when I started...go figure. You can see from my last pic that I am staying around the same body fat as when I started. I had to wait till I got home to take the last pic cause the wifey has a standing rule that I must keep my clothes on in public.

I had intended to take pics with a nice pump but that didn't happen, the third set my shoulder decided it was done, so I stuck around and got some pics without, hopefully they'll do. Use this as motivation and LETS ROCK THIS JOINT!!!! BRANG IT!

Really? Did you expect a tall lanky guy in a white lab coat? I know that is what a lot of people see me as, lol.

Trying to keep definition whilst putting on mass is a difficult endeavor indeed. Many people call it a lean bulk and in my opinion that never works. I just try to put on mass equally proportionate to my bf so they grow at the same time, then cut the fat later.

I don't want people to quit. I want them to succeed. I love seeing guys cross the finish line!

Thanks robb, you guys keep me motivated more than you'll ever know.

Phil, that means more to me than you might understand. You been around a long time and are a tough competitor. Some days you are what gets my ass to the gym, no homo. Long ways to go in this contest, it's anyones game. This EBC thang is turning into a full blown-all out-in your face competition where you better bring your A game or your going home hungry. Can't let up for a second. You are doing a great job Carlos.

Im so glad the EBC gives members a place to thrive in a competitive structure. When Tread and I stepped in I'm not joking when I say the EBC had been cancelled by Admin. As someone whose been here 2.5yrs I bleed Eroids brother. It brings me real satisfaction to see my brothers n sister here thrive and if the EBC helps make that happen then I for one will do my best to make sure the EBC never ceases to exist.

And for "not really hitting delts that much" or whatever you said, your shoulders look pretty great.
