Nah brotha i always did alot of pushups my dad had me doin them shits when i was like ten yrs old. Only thing the bastard showed me jk haha. He didnt tell me bout eroids, had to find out on my own. Thanks bro i will put an update in a few.

Lots and lots of pushups. And pull ups at some little park. Cant cheat pull ups one of my favorite exercises
i know how good pullups are but i hate them. i cant even do 10. when i first started i couldnt even do 1 so i am making some progress but i still hate them. i weigh 215 so its a little tough. ill keep doing them, no excuses.

Lol nah man I have before those days are passed me. Just havent had access to a gym at my sisters in the boonies.
