I started with 1 a night for couple days then started 2.its been 2 weeks up few pounds.the constant hunger is crazy.went out to dinner last night killed it and went home and eat some more.6 am this morning till noon I dogged down about 2500 coleries.the hunger pains is the only fight.
I have not had hunger pains, just the ability to keep eating like I had a bottomless gut. Maybe it's different for different people
I get the hunger pain half way through the night have to wake up middle of night to eat.i am gaining weight no doubt hard to try eat clean . definitely a good ingredient in my cycle.
