Pinned test e 550 and DECA for the second time yesterday. Little to almost no pip. Really smooth. My delt is a little red from yesterday, but that seems to be the norm for me when pinning delts.
5 days in on dbol and can't tell much in weight gain and strength just yet, but I feel like I can work out for hours. So I know its working.
Wanted to hard on arms tonight, but my wrist was killing me for some reason, so I catered around that. Hopefully it heals over the weekend, because everything should be kicking in pretty good next week.
