Well last I had hyges was a few years ago and I went about 9 months until I stopped using em... To be honest I didn't even really notice how much I benefited with those untill I stopped using em... they kept me real lean ... As far as seros and other pharma gh I can't even compare .... honestly .. more vascular , sleep is waaayyy better , even my hair looks healthy ! Lol..... personally if I had to choose a generic my favorite was riptropin..... Once u get ur dose dialed in to combat the water retention they r pretty dam good ... But the hyges I had were like aqua green tops ... I see they r yellow now n maybe different then the 1z that I had
