I apologize for not having been around much lately, unfortunately I had some legal issues regarding gear and had to stay away for a while.
This is directed especially towards members who sent me PMs seeking for advice and those who were counting on me to finish up my insulin guide.
Anyway, although my time is pretty limited at the moment, I plan on being around here more often again.
Wish you all some great gains during this offseason!

That's some world class right there! Just ran no ai with prop, NPP, anadrol, using proviron and masteron to control estrogen. Huge success. Now back on TRT and want to keep going with proviron to control estrogen. Any thoughts? Oh and +1 only cause that's all I can give. Most impressive physique here brother!
Thanks man...I'd say that unless you really start seeing any problems from the estrogen, don't use an AI. Also, TRT dosages are normally not high enough to require AI usage.

Dont know if you have been reading the forums lately but i and a few others have been trying to get guys to cycle without Ai to prove we can get better results.... this is another reason i am glad you are back because i know for a fact you carry my beliefs with this protocol also, when they see you in this type of condition i believe we can change a few more minds to the anabolic powers of estrogen and over development.

And yes, I do share the same beliefs regarding AIs in the offseason...I rarely ever use any, except when I'm running really high test dosages and my nipples start to get itchy, which doesn't seem to be happening on the 1.5g of test I'm on right now.
The anabolic effect of estrogen is profound, and everyone who kills their levels in the offseason will deprive themselves of gains they could have made.
I'd have to learn more about this protocol because I had to run 2x the standard amount of adex for my first cycle to keep my nipples from looming really puffy.
