I had my bf taken a few weeks ago and I didnt believe the results. Ive looked at the bodyfat chart on google and I couldnt really relate myself to any of those guys.. Im guessing somewhere between 15-20 % right now. What is your guess on my bf%? Thanks!

15-19%
19-21% would be my guess.
Difficult without seeing legs as they also play into overall BF - but I would say 15-18%
Id say around 18 or 20%

TONYPERKISthis guide is a really off imo. but can be used as a guessing mechanism..guess the only why to know for sure is water testing....
That guide is very wrong for the guys.. first one is yes 3-4% but CHEMICALLY FORCED.. no estrogen circulating in his blood. 2nd should be 4-5%. He is stage ready.. 3rd should be 7-8%. That is what holding water looks like at around 7-8%. Apply a diuretic to that body and you'd be surprised at the difference.. 4th where is says 15% is actually more like 10-12%, again just holding water.
Far too many people mistake fat for water retention...
