Pre-existing gyno lumps. Run letro before next cycle?

ad

I have some very small lumps behind my nipples at the moment.
A little background:
I used letro last year off cycle to combat some lumps and puffy nipples. The letro helped alot, the puffy nipples went away and the lumps shunk to almost pea size. However a few months back, i ran some igf-1 lr3 and my gyno flared back up. For clarity, I hadnt run any kind of cycle in between the taking the letro and the igf-1. I used some nolva after the igf-1, the puffyness went away but minor lumps have remained.

I plan on running 500mg of test e, and 400mg mast E soon. Would ya'll recommend running some letro now to try and get my gyno in check as best as possible before i run the cycle? If i do run the letro, should I get bloodwork pre-letro then again after I finish letro then nolva. I'd like to start my cycle at the safest point based on my bloodwork if I do run letro. How should I go about knowing when i will be able to start my cycle. Thank you!

What is your AI protocol while you are on cycle?

If you are going to run the letro "gyno reversal" protocol , you'll want some viagra or Cialis on hand cause letro is a real wood killer. Also run our nolva after the letro otherwise you may have a rebound and end up worse than when you started.

I have a lump under my left nip thats been there a few years. The only thing that works for me to keep it from flaring or getting irritated while on cycle is a low dose of nolva, this however can be a disaster for some while running a 19nor in their cycle.

But in my honest opinion.. Remember.. I said OPINION haha, you should run no more than .50mg ED of letro on cycle. Half of that is enough to kill your e2 by 98%, so I wouldn't recommend going over .50. Letro is great if you have pre existing gyno but remember, it won't get rid of pubertial pre existing gyno, it will only make it smaller but it will always be there unless the gland is surgically removed. Letro will VERY likely dry out your joints. Some people like to run it at 2.5mg E3D, I would just stick with a steady .5 (or .625 if you have 2.5mg tabs). I have pre existing pubertial gyno, they're every very small lumps under both of my nips. I'm going to run Aromasin for my upcoming cycle at 12.5mg ED, if symptoms persist, I will up it to 25mg ED but no higher than this. If I still get gyno sides I will use letro starting at .625, slowly up it to 1.25, and by the end of the week be at 2.5 until symptoms go down. Then i will adjust to .625mg ED until the end of cycle. Letro os very strong, it will dry you out and make you look grainy and sliced. make sure you're taking your multi Vs, fish oil, and some flaxseed wouldnt hurt. If you have extra dough, its relatively cheap, i recommend Animal Felx packs. Great joint complex IMO. Start taking those a month or so before starting your cycle (if you havent already started) to combat any joint problems before they erupt. Joint problems can really fark your cycle up. You may want some caber or bromo on hand incase of prolactin gyno (very very unlikely but it's better to be safe than sorry). Finally, whatever you decide to do, make sure you're consistent with your diet and drink enough water. I recommend getting bloodwork 4-5 weeks into cycle and adjust your AI accordingly. Good luck! Would be great if we could get some more opinions in here Smile

can you use arimidex?

Adex is fine but it's like letro in a sense, just weaker. They are both type 2 inhibitors meaning that they inhibit the estrogen from binding to the aromatase enzyme but unlike aromasin, they leave the enzyme active after use is discontinued, making an estrogen rebound a possibility. I feel that aromasin may be a better choose as it per mentally deactivates the enzyme, until new ones are formed. There is less of a chance for rebound with aromasin. If you're not gyno I would start low. 12.5 EOD is fine, rock bottom being 6.25 EOD. Nolva and clomid are a must post cycle and an herbal OTC T booster would also be great. Guys he has already ran this cycle, he won't need any advice.

I guess this was all pointless lol. I saw your log bro, looks like you've been started with that cycle. Hope all went well.

I know it's a little old but I'm interested in this question myself.
