Shoulder pain on military shoulder press?

ad

OK I have been having severe pain in my left shoulder when I do seated military press or dumbbell press? pain is at the very top of the deltoid and its not muscular in nature. now the weird thing is if I use a closer grip it dose not hurt on barbell press a grip that's just a hair inside the shoulder width. dumbbell it dose not matter it hurts no matter what variation I do. anybody have any experiences like this ?

It's more than likely an impingement or a ligament minor tear or stain. When you do close grip your taking emphasis off of the actual rotator cuff and clavicle and more use of the front deltoid and pec. I had a major tear in my acromioclavicular ligament and had to have surgery. Certain range of movement can indicate the ligament or possible bone spur. If you have insurance I would suggest getting an MRI or sonogram of the shoulder. TB 500 is not going to fix a bone spur or ACL tear II or III if that is the case.

Don't put it off big dawg.....Trust me I had open surgery and even though mine was far worse then yours I am glad I did it cause in the end I am right handed BUT DAMN did my left arm get strong after rehab!!! For you probably Micro....and then 2 weeks shoulder harness and then back to light weight and rehab. Not to mention some Nandrolone Deca and a good diet to help with REHAB!!!
