+ 5 I lowered my AST and ALT and a few other markers!

ad

well around mid September, I decided to get blood work done because i was about to start my second cycle. so i when onto private med labs and order a test to make sure i was in good health to start a run of AAS's. To my surprise, my AST and ALT where very high, for those of you who dont know, AST and ALT are markers used to determine liver health. Although I was very excited to start my second cycle, I decide not to initiate it because it would have been the dumb thing to do. At the time that i got my blood work i wasn't running any oils or orals. I wasn't taking any PH's, i wasn't drinking alcohol (i do not consume alcohol), i wasn't consuming a lot of OTC supplements.

So, when i got my first results back, i had no idea what was causing the problem. so i started looking into everything i was consuming, as far as foods and supps. (BTW, i dont not consume any drugs other than steroids, i don't need highs, i only need pumps Smile) so when i looked at my diet, i didnt see anything that could be causing the problem, but when i looked at the OTC supplements i was taking, i realized what the problem could be caused by. after my first cycle ended and i finished my PCT, i started using preworkout supplements for three months straight along with DHEA (which i used to help with my mood). i used Jack3d and nuracore. i would use three scoops preworkout, which work great for the first month and a haft, and i was on DHEA at 50 mg a day. i was using this two supplement leading to my first pre cycle bloodwork, so i after i assets the whole situation, i went off both of them. For the next month and a haft, i keep everything the same, the same workout regiment, the same amounts of food, the same about of OTC supplements as far as vitamins, minerals, fish oils go. (BTW, i did add Liv 52, along with vitamin C and cranberry caps) after a month and a haft i went in for another test to see if i was right and to see if i lower a few other markers. And to my surprise, i did :). so now im all good to go, and can run my second cycle being healthier and more confident.

I really encourage people to get blood work before, during, and post cycle. If you want to do what we do for a long time, then you got to make sure that your body is healthy enough to do so.

for anyone wondering what my fist labs result were, follow this link:

BTW, don't be shy to get blood work done. It's very affordable, only 59.99 !!!! and right now if you use this code sdf6hs4 it would come out to 51 bucks!! therefore, no excuse why your not getting your levels check!!!

I'll tell you that liv 52 works great on lowering liver enzymes. ITs good to run that on cycle too.
